Terms & Conditions

1. Custom Digital Services

All VTuber models are custom-made digital products created based on client-provided references, descriptions, and requirements. We support male, female, and non-binary character designs. Each commission is treated as a unique creative project and is not resold or reused.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

Work begins only after full or agreed partial payment is received. Prices are based on the selected package and complexity of the design. Additional features such as extra outfits, expressions, or revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary depending on the selected service. 2D Live2D models typically require 7–14 days after concept approval. 3D models may take 10–14 days or longer depending on complexity. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to revision cycles or workload.

4. Concept Approval & Revisions

A concept sketch will be provided before final production begins. Clients are allowed to request revisions during the sketch phase. Once production (rigging or modeling) has started, major changes may result in additional costs or extended delivery time.

5. Commercial Usage Rights

Commercial rights are not automatically included unless a commercial license add-on is purchased. This license allows monetization through platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, merchandise sales, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.

6. Intellectual Property

The final delivered model grants usage rights to the client for streaming and personal branding. However, the artist retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital artwork and time invested in each project, refunds are not available once work has started. In special cases, partial refunds may be considered before the sketch approval stage.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing clear references, accurate information, and timely feedback. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

9. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline any commission that violates content guidelines, includes inappropriate requests, or exceeds technical feasibility within the agreed scope.
